Stress has been called the “health epidemic of the 21st century” by the World Health Organization.  Stress can lead to anxiety, depression, pain, and illness.  Learning to manage stress can lead to health, happiness, and well-being. 

Acupuncture For Life is now hosting  a special weekly group focusing on Stress Relief Acupuncture and Meditation whereby participants will receive acupuncture specifically geared for stress reduction.  Participants will also be taught a simple meditation to do during the treatment to help to lower stress and increase inner peace.  Come out and experience the deep inner peace and relaxation that only the combination of Stress Relief Acupuncture and Meditation can bring!

Our Stress Relief Acupuncture and Meditation will be offered once a week in a group setting with dimmed lights and gentle music playing.  The session will last approximately 45 minutes.  Group members will experience the deep relaxation of acupuncture and meditation which will have a profound effect on their stress levels!   Come out and join us for Stress Relief Acupuncture and Meditation!
